If you’re in Cincinnati, this is a must-visit spot! Whether you’re planning a date night, hosting a large party, or enjoying a girls’ night out, it’s perfect for any occasion. We had an amazing time at this restaurant, and below, we’ll share all the reasons why we loved it!
Firstly, we made our reservation a few days before our arrival and at the time only the bar top was available, so we snagged that knowing the bar seats looked comfy and welcoming! However when we arrived we were seated at a table, so that was an unexpected surprise!

Great ambiance, amazing food and service!
The service was unbeatable. Our server Katie was the best. She walked us through the menu and how she spoke of the food made me want to order everything on the menu! Her warm personality, sense of humour, and attention to detail made our experience an absolute 10/10.
Our Take on Boca’s Menu
We started with the Pommes Souffles, think of little potato puffs in a basket. They were incredible and I wish I could have a basket of those right now as I’m writing this!
We then shared a pasta dish that had a spicy Italian sausage and cream sauce, this was one of there specials for the night so it’s not always on the menu. It was awesome, the flavour was great and the spices in the sausage made this a really well rounded dish.
Lastly we had the Charred Leeks served with anchovy and hazelnut vinaigrette which I thought was so yummy, if you like leeks you’ll want to try this!
Let’s Jump into Deserts
We splurged and tried two of their deserts. The first was Le Citron which looks just like a lemon. If you like lemon then you’ll love this. It’s a hard shell of white chocolate with lemon curd inside, on a be of Italian Meringue. I loved it! Lucas loves cheesecake so we tried the Maple Mascarpone Cheesecake and it didn’t disappoint, it may have been his favourite cheesecakes he’s had to date.
We’re glad we came across this place and we were only in Cincinnati one night, so we had to pick wisely! Boca was excellent and we would for sure go back the next time we are in the city. We hope you enjoy the experience as much as we did! 🙂
